any products or services purchased from Rustik Render & Rise (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing,
browsing, or purchasing from this website or at local markets, you agree to the following terms:

1. General Information – Rustik Render & Rise is a small business that handcrafts and sells tallow-based skincare and
wellness products. These terms apply to all customers who interact with us through our website or in person.

2. Products and Services – Our products are made in small batches with natural ingredients such as beef tallow, beeswax,
essential oils, and botanicals. We make every effort to ensure accurate product descriptions and images, but due to the
handmade nature of our products, slight variations may occur. Products may be limited in availability and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Pricing and Payment – All prices listed on the website are in USD. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit/debit cards via Stripe, as
well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

• Online Orders: We currently ship within the U.S. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Rustik Render & Rise is not responsible for delays due to carriers, incorrect shipping addresses, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Local Pickup & Porch Pick Up: Local customers may choose free local pick up to avoid shipping costs. We offer porch pick up at our Fruitland, Idaho location for your convenience. Once your order is ready, you will receive instructions and the pick-up address via email or text. Rustik Render & Rise is not responsible for damage, theft, or loss of items left out for porch pick up beyond the designated window. 

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

• Returns: Due to the personal and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
• Refunds: If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, please contact us at
  rustikrenderandrise@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll either replace the item or issue a refund.
• Cancellations: Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are not
  permitted.

6. Product Use and Allergies – Our products are made with natural ingredients. Some individuals may experience allergic
reactions or skin sensitivity.  Please review the ingredient list before use and perform a patch test. Use at your own risk. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

7. Privacy – We respect your privacy and only use your information to process orders and communicate with
you. By using this website, you agree to our [privacy policy], which explains how we collect, use, and
protect your data.

8. Intellectual Property – All content on this website-including photos, logos, text, and product descriptions-is the property of
Rustik Render & Rise and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability – Rustik Render & Rise is not liable for any adverse effects, allergic reactions, or damages related to
the use or misuse of our products. All products are used at the customer’s discretion and risk.

resolved in courts located in Idaho.

11. Changes to Terms – We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after
changes are posted constitutes your agreement to the new terms.
